Affiliate Agreement

F1 Casino Affiliates (us or we) offers this Agreement to You (the Affiliate, also referred to as you or your) when You apply for an account to participate in the F1 Casino Affiliate Program (our affiliate program). By submitting your application and opening an account, you agree to be bound by the terms of service outlined below. If you do not wish to accept these conditions then please do not register.

Definitions:

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• Affiliate means the individual or entity who has signed up for our affiliate program.
• F1 Casino Affiliate Program is the online casino marketing and revenue sharing program offered by F1 Casino (our company).
• Customer(s) refers to players referred from your website, marketing efforts, etc.
• Net Revenue is gross income minus any payment processing fees.
• Cookie Duration means a period of 30 days since last click.

Commission Structure:

You earn revenue through our program by referring new customers to F1 Casino and they generating net revenue for us. You will be able to log in to the Affiliate website, review your account dashboard where you can:

• Track referrals
• Monitor earnings and revenue reports
• Access advanced reporting features

Our standard commission rates are as follows: up to 50% of net revenue generated by each new referral.

Tracking:

We use Cookies which expire after a period of 30 days since last click (Cookie Duration) in order to track all referrals. The cookie is set automatically, and this ensures accurate tracking of your customers for commissions due on them.

Payment Terms:

The minimum payout threshold is $100. We will pay you via Bank Transfer or cryptocurrency depending on the method chosen when registering an account with us.

You acknowledge that we can adjust commission rates at any time without prior notice to ensure competitive incentives remain high while continuing growth and profitability for F1 Casino. Any disputes regarding payment terms should be reported immediately, in writing, within 14 days of receiving our monthly statement.

Payment Schedule:

We reserve the right to modify payment schedules or withholding payments if there's suspicion that a player(s) could have cheated. Repeated suspicious behavior by any single user will result in them being put on an account restriction until cleared, potentially resulting in removal from all applicable terms for commissions owed including possible payout freezes.

Relationship with F1 Casino:

You agree to comply with our Affiliate Agreement when participating within the F1 Casino Affiliate Program and accept that your relationship is solely contractual, not a partnership or agency. In addition you'll find below more restrictions on what can be promoted:

Restrictions on Promoting the Brand

The following should never appear in any marketing activity, including but not limited to: Email Marketing campaigns; Web page content; Social Media posts.

• Any F1 Casino branded assets (logos), without our prior written approval.
• Misrepresentations about the nature or quality of services offered at F1 Casino;
• Creating fake emails that include a link within them which connects directly back to qweonlinecasino, through using any type of email spoofing software tool.

By continuing you agree and accept all terms stated here as valid legal commitments by accepting them now means your actions become legally binding and if violated will lead towards immediate termination without further notice.
